Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days

 

Shipments are sent during business days, not on weekends and holidays. If Value Basin is experiencing a high volume of orders, customers should expect delays. Value Basin customer support team sends updates via email. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers should expect to receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Value Basin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Value Basin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to UK, AUS, EU.

Returns Policy

Returns are not available for FREE+Shipping items. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return, a return address will be emailed to the customer and Value Basin will select the specified carrier, expect longer shipping times when making a return or exchange. Returns take 2-5 business days to process, customers can expect to see a full refund. Exclusions apply, please see refund policy.
